Overview
Duplex respects your privacy and protects personal data used by the AI voice agent platform.
Information we collect
Discord account identifiers, email when provided, server IDs, agent settings, session metadata, billing usage, and support communications.
Voice data
Voice audio is streamed to selected AI providers in real time. Session transcripts may be stored according to plan retention. Raw audio is not stored after processing unless explicitly enabled.
How we use data
We operate the service, process conversations, prevent abuse, support billing, send service notices, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party providers
Discord, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Supabase, Vercel, RunPod, Stripe, and other infrastructure providers process data according to their own terms and processing agreements.
Data retention
Account and billing data are retained while your account is active. Session transcripts follow plan retention settings or explicit deletion requests.

You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or account closure by contacting privacy@duplex.gg.
