1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Duplex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Duplex provides AI-powered voice agents for Discord servers and other communication platforms, including voice conversations, session management, provider routing, and tool integrations.
3. Account Registration
You must authenticate with a valid Discord account. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Duplex to violate laws, infringe rights, generate harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, bypass billing, or impair the Service.
5. Voice Data and AI Processing
Voice conversations are processed in real time by selected AI providers. You are responsible for informing participants when AI voice agents are in use.
6. Third-Party Services
Discord, OpenAI, Google, GPU cloud providers, and other integrations are governed by their own terms. Duplex is not responsible for third-party availability or conduct.
7. Billing and Payments
Paid plans bill monthly or annually. Usage beyond plan limits may incur overage charges at published rates. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned by Duplex. You retain ownership of your agent configurations, custom prompts, and content you provide.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, and AI output may contain errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duplex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. Terms that should survive termination will survive.
