Duplex provides AI-powered voice agent services for Discord servers and other communication platforms. The Service includes voice conversation capabilities, session management, and integration with third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and self-hosted models.
You must authenticate with a valid Discord account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Voice conversations are processed in real-time using AI models. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of voice data through our AI providers. Session transcripts may be stored according to your plan's retention period. You are responsible for informing participants in your Discord servers that AI voice agents are in use.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Discord, OpenAI, Google, and GPU cloud providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of each provider. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Usage beyond plan limits will incur overage charges at the rates specified on our pricing page. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Duplex and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including agent configurations and custom prompts.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUPLEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
